These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as the "Client" or "you") and Ivy (referred to as the "Companion" or "I") regarding the use and services provided by the Companion. By accessing or using the services provided by the Companion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Services Provided:
The Companion agrees to provide companionship services to the Client as requested within the city of Lloydminster. These services may include accompanying the Client to social events, outings, appointments, and other engagements mutually agreed upon. The Companion reserves the right to deny or decline any specific request at their discretion.
2. Deposit Requirement:
For bookings within the city of Lloydminster, no deposit is required. However, for repeat no-shows or when requested to travel outside the city, a deposit will be required. The deposit amount will be communicated to the Client upfront and must be paid prior to the agreed-upon engagement. The deposit will be non-refundable in case of cancellation by the Client.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 4 hour notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The Companion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, the Client's deposit will be fully refunded.
4. Client Responsibilities:
a) The Client agrees to treat the Companion with respect and courtesy at all times.
b) The Client acknowledges that any illegal activities or requests will not be entertained, and the Companion reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately without refund.
c) The Client is responsible for any expenses incurred during the engaged services, including but not limited to transportation, meals, entertainment, and venue fees.
5. Companion Responsibilities:
a) The Companion agrees to provide their services in a professional and responsible manner.
b) The Companion is not responsible for the actions or conduct of the Client. However, if the Companion feels unsafe or uncomfortable during the engagement, they reserve the right to terminate the engagement immediately.
c) The Companion will make reasonable efforts to ensure punctuality and provide the agreed-upon services to the best of their abilities.
6. Confidentiality:
Both the Client and the Companion agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal, sensitive, or private information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to discussions, photographs, contact details, and any other information disclosed between both parties.
7. Liability:
The Companion shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client during the engagement. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Companion harmless from any claims or actions arising during or as a result of the engagement.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Companion operates.
